Your mail stays on your computer
The PST viewer runs in your browser and reads your .pst or .ost file directly from your device. Messages, attachments, contacts and file names are never sent to our servers.
What we store
Your email address, when you signed in, the browser and IP address of your current session (used to keep each license to one session), and your license status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
We send you one-time sign-in codes and, through Stripe, payment receipts. We do not send marketing email.
Search index
When you search, the viewer builds an index of your mailbox and keeps it in your browser's own storage on your device, so the next search is instant. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Deleting your account
Contact support and we will delete your account and sign-in history.
