From sign-up to your first email in about two minutes
There's no password to remember and nothing to install. Here's every step.
Sign in with your email
Enter your email address and we'll send you a 6-digit code. Type it in and you're signed in. There's no password to create or forget.
- Codes expire after 10 minutes.
- Didn't get one? Check your spam folder, then ask for a new code.
Get your annual license
Pay securely through Stripe. Your license starts right away and lasts a full year.
- It renews each year so you never lose access. You can turn renewal off any time from your account page.
- We never see or store your card number.
Open your .pst or .ost file

- The file stays on your computer. The viewer reads it in your browser.
- If your email program is still running, close it first so the file isn't locked.

- On a phone, choose the folder from the menu above the list.

Search your whole mailbox
Type in the search box at the top. Results come from every folder, and the Search toolbar lets you narrow them with one click: sender, subject, attachments, unread, flagged, important, or a date range.
- The first search builds an index while you keep reading. It's remembered for next time.
- Press Esc to close search and go back to your folder.
Save attachments and print
Click any attachment to save it to your Downloads folder. Use Print for one email or Print conversation for the whole thread, oldest message first.
- Printouts are memo style: From, Sent, To, Cc, Subject and Attachments, then the message.
- Choose Save as PDF in the print window to keep a PDF copy.

Every feature, any size of file, as many files as you like. One license is for one person, with one viewer open at a time.
Signing in on a new device signs you out of the old one, and opening the viewer in a new window closes it in the old one. That keeps your license yours.
- Open unlimited .pst and .ost files
- Full-text search across every folder
- Save attachments and print conversations
- Files never leave your computer
- Passwordless sign-in by email code
Questions
Is my email uploaded anywhere?
No. The viewer runs entirely in your browser and reads the file directly from your computer. Our server only knows your email address and whether your license is active. It never sees your messages, attachments or file names.
Do I need Microsoft Outlook installed?
No. You only need a modern browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. It works on Windows, Mac, Linux and Chromebooks.
Which files can I open?
Both personal storage formats: .pst (archives, exports and POP accounts) and .ost (offline copies of Exchange and Microsoft 365 mailboxes), in both the older ANSI and the current Unicode versions. The viewer reads them using Microsoft's publicly documented file format specification.
How big a file can I open?
Multi-gigabyte files are fine. The viewer reads only the parts of the file you're looking at, so opening is quick. Building the search index for a very large mailbox takes a few minutes the first time and runs while you keep reading.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
Yes, but one at a time. Signing in on a new computer signs you out of the previous one, and only one viewer window can be open at once. Licenses are for one person and can't be shared.
Why is there no password?
Each time you sign in we email you a one-time code. Only someone with access to your inbox can sign in, and there's no password to leak or reuse.
How do I cancel or update my card?
Go to your Account page and choose Manage billing. You can turn off renewal, update your card or download receipts. If you turn off renewal you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
